Warranty Coverage

 


All Channoir LED therapy devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

 

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal malfunctions not caused by misuse

  • Faulty components that impair device performance

 


 

What’s Not Covered

 


Our warranty does not cover the following:

 

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, discoloration)

  • Damage from water exposure (unless otherwise stated as waterproof)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

 


 

How to Claim

 


If you believe your device is defective and qualifies under this warranty:

 

  1. Contact us at support@channoir.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

  3. Our customer care team will evaluate your claim within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps.

 


 

Resolution Options

 


Depending on the issue and warranty status, we may offer:

 

  • A replacement device

  • A partial or full refund

  • A repair (if applicable)

This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly from channoir.com or authorized resellers. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.


We reserve the right to deny warranty service if the product is found to be damaged due to customer misuse or handled outside of our care guidelines.
