How To Use BuniPulse™ EMS Massager
Step 1: Clean & Prepare Your Foot
Make sure your foot is clean and dry before use.
For best contact, place the EMS pads directly on bare skin. Do not wear socks during use.
Step 2: Place the Big Toe Loop
Gently slide the round toe loop over your big toe.
Make sure it is placed on the big toe, not the second toe.
Step 3: Secure the Forefoot Wrap
Wrap the main support band around the front of your foot.
Adjust it until it feels secure and comfortable, but not too tight.
Step 4: Adjust the Heel Strap
Place the elastic heel strap behind your heel.
This helps keep the BuniPulse™ EMS Massager stable and comfortable during use.
Step 5: Turn On the EMS Massager
Switch on the EMS massager and choose your preferred intensity level.
Start with the lowest level first, then slowly increase until you feel a gentle tingling or pulsing sensation.
The EMS massager sends small electrical impulses to help activate the muscle that supports your big toe. Think of it like a gentle workout for the muscle that helps keep your big toe in place.
Step 6: Use for 15–30 Minutes
Use BuniPulse™ for 15–30 minutes per session.
Recommended use: 30 minutes daily while sitting, relaxing, or watching TV.
